The front latch is broken off of its rivets, but the rear latch is still in good working order. You would probably need a new front latch and lock if you wanted to lock the Tour-Pak. Includes the Tour-Pak pad and luggage rack. Also includes the pouch inside of the Tour-Pak, but no rubber liner mat. This Tour-Pak is not drilled out for speaker pods, so I think it may have come off of an Electra Glide Standard. The paint has some normal wear and fading from use on the bike. No serious scrapes or cracks in the Tour-Pak. Does not include mounting bracket, so you can either install detachable or rigid mount brackets for installation.
